What is the process of a custom order?Glad you asked! I encourage you to fill out a 'contact' form to get the ball rolling. Simply mention whether you want a ring, pendant or other and your idea of how you'd like it to look. I may ask a couple of more questions via email and then I will go ahead and digitally draw some options with pricing, ready for your approval. After approval from the client, I confirm your shipping details and email the invoice. Once the invoice has been paid the order will take between 1-3 weeks, depending on the details of the custom piece.
